Return Policy
We accept product exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. However, except for items with quality issues, we do not accept returns or refunds.
To make sure our customers can enjoy the best shopping experience in our shop, all the products will have Quality Control (QC) before shipping to ensure our best quality.
If any deficiencies and/or damages found on the products, please send us an email, together with the product image within 7 days of receiving your order.
* East Pole is only responsible for the re-delivery shipment fee for the goods with quality issues. All other shipment fees for exchanges, customs duties and other taxes for replacement and re-delivery shall be fully borne by the customer. Once the defective products confirmed and received, the product amount will be refunded through the same payment method used by the customers within 2 weeks.
* The return product must be in new, clean and original selling conditions with all tags and packing intact, and products have not been worn or used.
* Only 1 return application for each purchase
* All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
Please log in to your account and send a message to contact customer service, indicate the order number and explain the product status. The customer service will reply and inform you our address. The customer needs to send the goods within 7 days after the email is sent. If the application is overdue, it will be cancelled.
